Refund policy


At Praia, we are a small business and deeply value every customer. We ask for your understanding and patience as we process returns. Please allow up to 10 days for a response to your return request and up to 10 days after we receive your product for your refund to be issued.

We have a strict return policy, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly approve the return and provide a full refund once the product is received and inspected.

For all other returns, if your return is approved for a valid reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

U.S. Refund Policy

- Return Window: Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- How to Start a Return: Please email hello@thepraiachair.com to begin the process.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return is received by us for your refund to be processed.
- Condition Requirements: All returned items must be full price and in their original condition — unused, tags attached, and without blemish. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: Praia is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Sale Items

- Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for store credit only.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Price adjustments will not be made to previous orders.

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and customs processing charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
